How It Works

This is a step-by-step challenge designed to help you:

1️⃣ Discover Your Unique Gifts – Identify the skills, strengths, and passions that make you feel most alive.
2️⃣ Find Your Community – Connect with the people and groups who need what you have to offer.
3️⃣ Take Meaningful Action – Put your gifts into action in a way that creates real impact.
4️⃣ Embrace Growth & Discomfort – Step outside your comfort zone and watch how your sense of fulfillment grows.

Your progress will be measured using the BeCAUSE Community Fulfillment Survey—a simple way to track how your engagement in contribution is affecting your overall fulfillment.

​

When you complete the challenge and show improvement in your fulfillment score, you’ll officially be recognized as a BeCAUSE Community Impact Leader. 

​

This challenge is split into 3 phases and should take 45 - 60 minutes if you are digging deep and fully contemplating the questions:
